This webinar will helped attendees stay current with the latest rules and regulations regarding wage and hour laws. Topics included: defining an employee; minimum wage calculations; what is on-the-clock work; computing hours worked; meal and rest period requirements; overtime regulations; exempt/non-exempt status; recordkeeping requirements; and agency enforcement of wage and hour laws. The presenters also examined current trends in the enforcement of wage and hour laws and provided suggestions for updating current policies and procedures.
